Healthy Babies Healthy Children - Supporting you and your child.
This program provides home visits by public health nursess and home visitors to expectant mothers and new parents who need more support and can benefit from the program.

Healthy Bodies Clinic - Assists children and youth and their families to manage a healthy body weight, healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits.
Feeding and Swallowing Clinic - Helping infants/children/youth having difficulty eating, poor weight gain and other areas of concern.
Patients of the Blue Sky Family can request referrals to see a Registered Dietitian for more nutrition education and support while taking part in these programs.

Nutrition Programs include:
- Nutrition counselling for individuals or families
- Classes on various topics (such as label reading, prenatal, healthy eating for diabetes)
- Kids Can Cook with Confidence Level 1 and Level 2
- Community Kitchens/Cooking Workshops
- Good Food Box
- Diner’s Club (held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month for ages 55+)
Have Diabetes? The Diabetes Education Centre (DEC) has label-reading classes and a monthly peer support group.
Open referral, interested individuals are to contact the DEC directly to register for the scheduled sessions.
