Your Blue Sky Family Health Team Registered Dietitians recommend following a diet full of colourful fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish and choosing foods that are less processed and packaged.

The City of North Bay has hotline you can contact for information and services on the those impacted by COVID-19. Call 705-474-0400 and press 2 OR E-mail them at
Hours of operations – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

The North Bay Food Bank has changed its hours of operation for clients. They are now open Monday and Friday from 9 am-noon, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am-1 pm, and noon to 4 on Wednesday. Donations and drop offs are being accepted from 9-4 daily Monday to Friday.

The Gathering Place is still open for take out meals only.  Hours are as follows:

Breakfast – 9am-10am

Lunch – 11:30am-1:15pm

Supper – 4pm-5:30pm

Meals-on-Wheels continues to provide balanced meals with no changes to their services.  This meal delivery services is available to any “non-abled body”
