Older Adult Low Impact Exercise Class
This class will utilize techniques and theory for working with an older adult population, but the class is available to all adult populations who want to participate in low impact exercise.
A low impact exercise class that includes cardiovascular, strength, balance and flexibility components. Limited to 10 participants.
To achieve health benefits and improve functional abilities, adults should accumulate at least 150 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.
