Preventative Cancer Screening

To ensure that all eligible patients are offered preventative cancer screening based on clinical guidelines to reduce severity for breast cancer, colorectal cancer and cervical cancer.

Offer pap smears, FOBT/FIT testing and mammograms to all eligible patients, provide patient education and instruction.

Eligibility:

• Breast Cancer Screening (Mammograms) – Eligible women aged 50-75 years old
• Colorectal Cancer Screening (FOBT/FIT Testing) – Eligible patients aged 50-75 years old
• Cervical Cancer Screening (Pap Smears) – Eligible women aged 21-69 years old
