Diabetic Footcare

The diabetic foot care program provides individualized assessment and foot care for diabetic patients unable to manage their own foot care. Foot care is provided in order to alleviate existing problems and help prevent future complications related to foot care.

Patients are also educated about self-care and the importance of proper foot care. Routine follow-up is provided and referral recommended where appropriate.
